For your convenience regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday by appointment only. Please call 260/356-8426 for appointments. These hours were established to provide the utmost convenience for our patients' needs. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we ask that you call the office to confirm your appointment time. Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, if it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours advance notice so another patient in need of care can be seen.
